ATS is aware of the importance of Management Systems in order to always meet customer needs in the best possible way and to gain ever greater confidence in the market. For these reasons, it undertakes to carry out every activity according to criteria of objectivity, impartiality, professional rigor, honesty and rectitude towards all interested parties.

ATS responds to these commitments by adopting a policy of impartiality towards all customers and collaborators of the organization.

This commitment is carried out through the preparation of a code of ethics and with the implementation and management of the principles of:

confidentiality

ATS cannot disclose, without specific written authorization, information regarding the activities and interests of customers, perceived during the performance of the assignment. These news are covered by professional secrecy and are therefore considered confidential both outside and within the client company.

absence of conflicts of interest

ATS and their respective collaborators work professionally independently from the entities or companies with which they collaborate and guarantee maximum objectivity and consistency, according to the objectives to be achieved, in full respect of the customer and his needs.

competence and quality of performance

The main objective of ATS is maximum customer satisfaction. Therefore, the professionals who collaborate with ATS must possess the indispensable requirements in terms of personality, competence, seriousness, culture, professional preparation and objectivity, such as to ensure the achievement of the goal. ATS and their respective collaborators must possess high and up-to-date professional skills. For this reason, ATS promotes the professional updating of collaborators through appropriate training interventions. Where the professional competence of its professionals is not sufficient or adequate for the work to be done, ATS undertakes to collaborate with the client to find the most suitable professionals to carry out the work requested, or refuse the assignment. ATS also undertakes to complete the services offered, in the manner and within the contractually agreed time.

loyalty

ATS requires its collaborators to behave loyally towards other companies operating in the area. In the event of a change in assignments, ATS undertakes to provide any useful information to the company receiving the assignment, to ensure constructive collaboration in the best interest of the customer.

impartiality

ATS respects a policy of impartiality by adopting a transparent behavior, providing the customer with the widest possible information regarding the work requested, the methods of providing services and specific skills, in order to give the customer the possibility to make the best choice. Furthermore, the customer has the possibility to evaluate at any time the documentation regarding the procedures applied, the progress of the work and the activities carried out, by recording, on specific reports, all the activities and interlocutors present in each meeting.  The management of appeals and complaints will be handled by personnel who have not taken part in the certification process concerning the complaint in progress.

declaration of commitment

ATS also undertakes to ensure, during the performance of its activities, the observance of the following internal rules:

  • The first visit carried out at the customer’s premises, to get to know and evaluate the company according to the subsequent issue of an offer, will never be made for a fee, as it is an integral part of our commercial policy.
  • The offer will never be ambiguous in terms of performance and, above all, in the price, but the maximum collaboration and transparency will be provided to the customer to foresee any repercussions and additional investments deriving from the assignment you will entrust to us.
  • If during the verification additional costs or application difficulties arise such as to require a change to the original program, any organizational and economic change will be planned and agreed with the customer.
  • In case of delayed payment of an invoice, ATS will not resort to legal action, if the delay is announced by the customer and linked to objective and objective reasons.

The adoption of these rules by all ATS operators is considered a necessary condition to standardize the ATS activity to the essential harmonization criteria, in order to obtain national and international recognition of the activities carried out.

The above is aimed at having ATS recognized Nationally and Internationally as a competent and trustworthy Inspection Body in the activities carried out.
